⚙️ Design & Construction

The WQF-530A incorporates a cube-corner Michelson interferometer with patented fixing mirror alignment technology for long-term optical stability. The Multilayer Ge coated KBr beam splitter ensures high throughput and consistent spectral performance. The high-intensity, long-lifetime air-cooled IR source delivers stable radiation output, while the upgraded structural design enhances thermal robustness. Gold-coated reflecting mirrors increase detection sensitivity.

The intelligent multi-sealed moisture-proof design integrates a large-capacity desiccant cartridge and real-time temperature/humidity monitoring to protect optical components from high humidity, temperature fluctuation, and chemical corrosion.

 

🔬 Working Principle / Testing Method

The WQF-530A FT-IR Spectrometer analyzes molecular vibrational characteristics through Fourier-transform infrared absorption. Infrared radiation passes through the Michelson interferometer, producing interference patterns that are converted into high-resolution spectra using digital Fourier transformation. The spectrometer supports wavenumber scanning from 7800 cm−1 to 350 cm−1, with a resolution of 0.85 cm−1 and accuracy of ±0.01 cm−1. Real-time ADC processing, DLATGS detection, and digital filtering ensure precise spectral data acquisition.
