The AELAB COD-100 Benchtop COD Analyzer performs rapid and accurate determination of chemical oxygen demand in various water samples, following EPA 410.4 and ISO 15705:2002 analytical standards. It supports dual testing ranges and provides stable optical readings for environmental and industrial laboratories.
Designed for high reliability and ease of operation, the AELAB COD-100 enables precise COD quantification with a 2-point calibration system and GLP-compliant data storage for up to 200 sets of results. Data can be transferred directly to a PC via USB interface for traceable record management.
The instrument features a durable benchtop housing with an LCD display and intuitive keypad control. Two independent LED light sources support different COD testing ranges. The COD-100R reactor includes a transparent plastic safety shield, heating module for up to 21 samples, and adjustable temperature range from 100 – 160 °C.
The AELAB COD-100 quantifies the chemical oxygen demand by photometric analysis after digestion of samples in the COD-100R reactor. The system measures absorbance at preset wavelengths and automatically calculates COD concentration. Calibration and measurement are processed through dual-point correction for accuracy and repeatability.
The analyzer includes a USB data port for transfer to PC or laboratory network. Data storage supports GLP documentation and traceability. Compatible with standard Windows-based COD analysis software for reporting and calibration management.
