Overview

The AELAB Aurora Series glassware washer is a freestanding laboratory washing system designed to support high-throughput cleaning of scientific glassware. The system integrates modular basket frames, multi-layer washing support, and a high-efficiency circulation pump to ensure consistent performance. It provides precise control over water flow, temperature, and drying to meet demanding laboratory protocols.

The Aurora Series incorporates microcomputer intelligent control with OLED display, stainless-steel hardware, and multilingual operation. Combined with a wide range of interchangeable injection and basket modules, it delivers flexible and repeatable cleaning for laboratories working with Erlenmeyer flasks, reagent bottles, volumetric flasks, pipettes, vials, and test tubes.

The AELAB Aurora Series features a Stainless Steel chamber, multi-layer modular basket rack system, and precision-built injection modules. Each chamber supports 1–3 cleaning layers with adjustable feet (10–24mm) and integrated light control. The system uses a 0–600L/min circulation pump and 4kW/9kW heating capability to optimize washing performance.

A double-layer HEPA filter drying system is available on Aurora-F2 and Aurora-F2 PLUS, ensuring clean, particle-free air supply during drying. The visual window uses double-layer toughened glass to maintain insulation, clarity, and real-time observation of the washing cycle.

The Aurora Series washer operates through controlled water circulation, temperature regulation, chemical dosing, and hot-air or ecodry drying. The microcomputer interface manages washing stages, temperature, detergent action, and drying parameters. Injection modules deliver targeted cleaning inside narrow-neck vessels, while spray arms and rack frames provide uniform cleaning for non-injection glassware. A multi-level password system protects operational settings and program integrity.
