⚙️ Design & Construction

The AELAB WJ-3T CO₂ Incubator adopts water jacket and air jacket structures with a polished Stainless-Steel chamber and powder coated steel plate housing. A fan provides forced convection to ensure temperature uniformity and the balance of CO₂ concentration inside. UV sterilization is equipped. The door-open interlock turns off the fan and CO₂ intake valve and suspends heating to reduce contamination risk. The system includes leakage protection and a spare mechanical thermostat to maintain operation if the main temperature controller fails. A φ16 mm testing hole is provided on the inner door.

PIDs regulate temperature from RT+5–60 °C with ≤±0.2 °C stability and ±0.3 °C uniformity. The AELAB WJ-3T CO₂ Incubator uses an imported infrared CO₂ sensor with gold-plated probes; CO₂ concentration can be freely set from 0–20% with ±0.1% control accuracy. Over-concentration and slow concentration-rise alarms are provided. Natural Vaporization maintains chamber humidity, supporting consistent cell and tissue culture environments.
