The AELAB WP Series adopts a vertical design with cold-rolled steel exterior and electrostatic spray coating for corrosion resistance. The working chamber is available in high-strength galvanized steel (A models) or mirror Stainless Steel (AB models). Each unit includes adjustable shelves, tempered glass observation window, and anti-hot handle for safe operation.
The incubator operates through natural convection, where heat is distributed evenly by cyclical airflow. Temperature is precisely managed by a digital microcomputer intelligent PID controller with auto-tuning, timing, and offset value functions. The CU50 sensor provides accurate feedback for stable heating between ambient +5°C to 65°C, ensuring uniform thermal performance for culture and sample drying.
The WP Series supports external data management via optional LCD programmable controller. Models can be integrated into GLP-compliant laboratory environments with advanced temperature logging and safety features.
