The DHP N Series features a mirror-polished Stainless Steel (304) inner chamber with semicircular arc corners for easy cleaning and maintenance. The external surface is sandblasted to resist scratches and enhance durability. Adjustable shelves provide flexible space for various container sizes. The structure includes optional test holes (25 mm / 50 mm / 100 mm) for experimental access and data probes.
The incubator operates using forced-air convection to maintain uniform heating within the chamber. The PID microprocessor continuously monitors and regulates temperature within ± 0.5 °C. Data can be displayed with 0.1 °C resolution, ensuring precise thermal control across the temperature range of RT + 5 ~ 65 °C. The timing function (1 ~ 9999 min) allows programmable incubation cycles for microbial growth and stability testing.
The DHP N Series supports data connectivity via RS485 or USB interface for logging and temperature monitoring. A printer output option enables direct data printing, ensuring GLP compliance and traceability in laboratory environments.
