The AELAB SPX Series Precision Cooling Incubator is designed for constant temperature experiments, water analysis, microbial cultivation, BOD measurement, and sample preservation within 0–65 °C. The SPX Series features a Mirror Stainless Steel inner chamber for corrosion resistance and hygiene. The outer casing uses Cold Rolling Steel with electrostatic spray finish for durability. Polyurethane insulation minimizes heat exchange. Dual evaporators and automatic intelligent defrosting maintain stable internal conditions. Stainless Steel heaters and an air-cooled hermetic compressor ensure precise thermal regulation across all operating ranges.

The system uses forced convection to achieve uniform air distribution. A precision PID temperature controller and PT100 sensor regulate heating and cooling cycles automatically. Temperature is displayed on a dual-line LCD or touch screen, with upper and lower rows showing measured and set values respectively. The incubator executes programmed multi-stage temperature profiles for complex BOD, microbial, and environmental testing workflows.
