⚙️ Design & Construction

The AELAB LB-N Series employs two sets of refrigeration systems that automatically switch to ensure long-time operation without failure. The chamber integrates an international brand fluorine-free compressor for environmentally friendly and reliable performance. A tempered glass inner door enables easy observation, while the outer door uses a magnetic strip for good sealing. A large LCD displays temperature and light intensity, and the polished Stainless Steel chamber with moveable grids supports flexible loading and easy cleaning. The housing uses a powder coating steel structure.

🔬 Working Principle / Testing Method

The system regulates temperature from 0–55 ℃ without light and 10–55 ℃ with light, with ≦±1 ℃ stability and ≦±1 ℃ uniformity at 0.1 ℃ resolution. Multi-segment timing program control precisely reproduces day/night cycles and complex growth protocols. A JAKEL circulation fan and unique air-duct structure maintain temperature stability inside the box. Parameters are saved automatically after power failure and the original program resumes on power restoration. Fault messages appear on the LCD for quick diagnostics. Leakage protection and a spare mechanical thermostat ensure safe operation even if the main heating control fails. A USB port supports recording data.
