An internal magnetism-pumped circulating water system ensures uniform heating, enabling the bath liquid to maintain an equal and stable temperature.
The AELAB RC-6D utilizes a rigid, corrosion-resistant frame engineered to support stable, repeatable dissolution testing. Each vessel is positioned in alignment for uniform hydrodynamics. The RC-6D operates based on standardized paddle and basket dissolution methods. The MPU-based control module regulates rotational speed, temperature, preset timing points, and automated sequences. Dissolution media temperature is elevated and stabilized up to +45.0 °C, ensuring accurate simulation of physiological conditions. Speed is controlled between 20–200 rpm with ±1 rpm accuracy, with real-time digital display of preset and measured values. The system supports auto-test, auto-diagnosis, and auto-alarm functionalities for GLP-compliant operation.
The AELAB RC-6D features digital control with LCD display and internal storage for dissolution parameters. Data can be displayed alternately in real time. The system is compatible with external printing and data logging solutions when integrated with laboratory information systems.
