The ZPJ Series conducts dissolution, disintegration, friability, and hardness testing under controlled temperature, rotation speed, and timing parameters. Dissolution testing uses programmable paddle or basket rotation with ±0.5 mm/±1.0 mm swing accuracy. Disintegration testing operates dual-path baskets with synchronized reciprocation. Friability testing controls rotational cycles precisely, and hardness testing quantifies compressive force using a calibrated load cell. All real-time values and preset parameters are displayed digitally to ensure correct test execution.
