The Precision Vacuum Drying Oven DZ Series is a high-performance instrument designed for efficient drying, heat treatment, and testing under controlled vacuum conditions. Engineered with a 4-sides heating method and temperature conduction through shelves, it ensures faster and more uniform heat transfer, significantly improving drying efficiency.

The chamber is sealed with a one-piece thermostable silica gel sealing strip and an inflatable port, providing excellent airtightness and durability even under repeated heating cycles. For safety, the oven is equipped with a double observation window, featuring an inner explosion-proof glass and an outer resin protection plate, enabling safe monitoring of samples without compromising structural integrity.

A fastening handle makes opening and closing convenient while maintaining tight sealing performance. The system is controlled by a smart LCD controller with multi-group data display on one screen. Its intelligent PID control system ensures precise temperature regulation, while a PT100 sensor guarantees reliable accuracy.

Additionally, the oven includes an LCD vacuum gauge with an accuracy class of 0.5, allowing users to monitor vacuum levels in real time. Five pressure units—Mpa, Kpa, Bar, Psi, and KGF/cm²—are available for flexible selection.
