⚙️ Design & Construction

The AELAB DMS Series features high-efficiency glass-ceramic hotplates offering uniform heat transfer and strong resistance to acids, alkalis, and high temperatures. The corrosion-resistant all-metal housing incorporates waterproof edge protection, preventing liquid ingress and safeguarding internal components. A brushless DC motor ensures spark-free, low-noise operation with long service life. The integrated LCD display provides real-time visualization of speed, temperature, and timer status.

🔬 Working Principle / Testing Method

Each model uses a rotating magnetic field generated by a brushless DC drive to rotate the magnetic stirring bar inside the vessel. Simultaneously, the glass-ceramic hotplate provides controlled heating up to 550 °C with ±1 °C accuracy at low temperatures and ±1% accuracy above 100 °C. Intelligent sensors continuously monitor heating stability, while overtemperature protection (580 °C) and “HOT” alerts above 50 °C enhance operator safety. RS232 connectivity enables data communication and PC integration.
