Designed for daily laboratory workflows, the MS7-H550-S supports heating up to 550°C and stirring up to 1500 rpm using a durable shaded-pole motor. The LED temperature display enables clear, real-time monitoring, while the integrated safety features ensure dependable operation during demanding applications.
The AELAB MS7-H550-S features a 184×184 mm Glass Ceramic work plate with strong chemical resistance suitable for corrosive media. A shaded-pole motor drives the magnetic field to maintain stable stirring up to 1500 rpm. The compact 215×360×112 mm frame ensures efficient benchtop integration while the IP21 protection class supports reliable daily operation.
The instrument rotates a magnetic field beneath the ceramic plate, driving a magnetic stir bar inside the sample vessel. Heating is controlled through an integrated system capable of regulated heating from Room Temperature to 550°C in 5°C increments. The LED display provides temperature monitoring, and an external PT1000 sensor (accuracy ±0.2°C) may be used for precise liquid-phase control. Overheat protection activates at 580°C to safeguard both operator and sample.
The MS7-H550-S is a simplified LED model without data connectivity ports, ensuring straightforward operation. It supports external PT1000 temperature input for closed-loop control. Higher models in the series (MS7-H550-Pro) include RS232 for GLP/PC data integration.
