The AELAB HP500-Pro uses an efficient heating module beneath a high-conductivity glass ceramic plate. As current flows through the heating element, heat transfers evenly across the work surface. Users can set temperature and time digitally through the LCD interface. When connected, the PT1000 sensor regulates temperature directly at the sample, ensuring superior accuracy for sensitive applications.
The HP500-Pro incorporates a durable Glass Ceramic work plate engineered for uniform heat transfer and chemical resistance. Its LCD interface displays temperature and time clearly, while an integrated safety system includes a 540 °C protection limit and a “HOT” indicator that activates above 50 °C. The compact 328×424×138 mm body, IP20 protection class, and 1700 W power input make the instrument suitable for continuous laboratory operation.
The heating module distributes thermal energy uniformly across the ceramic plate. Users program the heating range (Room Temp.–500 °C) in 1 °C increments. The onboard controller maintains ±1 °C accuracy, and the PT1000 sensor enables closed-loop feedback directly from the sample vessel. Real-time temperature and timer values are displayed on the LCD for precise process monitoring.
The HP500-Pro includes digital configuration through an integrated LCD controller and supports an external PT1000 temperature probe for real-time feedback. The instrument features onboard runtime recording through the SD card connector (catalog text), enabling GLP-compatible traceability for laboratory documentation.
