The AELAB MS-H-PRO Series Magnetic Hotplate Stirrers deliver high-precision stirring, rapid heating, and advanced digital controls for modern laboratories. Designed for reliability, safety, and long service life, these instruments support research, industrial, and educational applications.
These digital magnetic hotplate stirrers use a powerful brushless DC motor to spin a magnetic stir bar, while heat is applied through a ceramic-coated work plate for uniform heat distribution. Users can regulate temperature and speed via the LCD interface, with built-in sensors and microprocessor control ensuring accurate performance and safety. The PT1000 probe supports direct sample temperature control.
The AELAB MS-H-PRO Series features brushless DC motors, ceramic-coated aluminum or Stainless Steel plates, and fully enclosed aluminum housings for thermal stability. The LCD display provides clear visualization of speed and temperature, while the integrated safety circuits include overheating protection and a 50°C “HOT” warning indicator.
The magnetic rotor is driven by a brushless DC motor to generate rotational movement for mixing. Heating elements beneath the ceramic-coated surface provide uniform temperature distribution up to 340°C or 380°C depending on the model. Temperature feedback is managed through internal sensors or an optional PT1000 external probe for ±0.2°C accuracy.
Advanced MS-H-PRO models include RS232 communication ports for PC data logging and remote control. These enable GLP-compliant export of operational parameters and support laboratory automation.
