





The AELAB MS-H280-S4, MS-M-S4, MS-H280-S6, and MS-M-S6 Digital Hotplate Magnetic Stirrers are multi-channel heating and stirring systems designed for parallel experiments, Kjeldahl digestion, Soxhlet extraction, and multi-parameter synthesis. With 4- and 6-channel configurations, they deliver precision temperature regulation, uniform stirring, and fully independent control for each working position to support high-performance laboratory routines.
Each channel of the AELAB multi-position magnetic stirrer operates independently using a brushless DC motor that generates a stable magnetic field beneath the plate to ensure uniform stirring. The integrated PID heating control provides accurate temperature regulation, while ceramic-coated plates enable fast heat transfer and strong chemical resistance. Large LCD displays present real-time temperature, speed, and status indicators for each channel.
The AELAB MS-H280-S4 / S6 models perform both heating and stirring functions, regulated by PID temperature control for stable and accurate thermal output. The MS-M-S4 / S6 variants provide stirring-only operation for parallel mixing workflows. Magnetic fields generated by brushless motors rotate stir bars inside each vessel, ensuring uniform homogenization. LCD feedback allows real-time monitoring of running parameters, enhancing reproducibility in parallel synthesis, digestion, and extraction procedures.
The series supports standard LCD-based user control with independent channel settings. While no external digital communication port is shown in the catalog images, the interface supports GLP-style process tracking through real-time parameter display and alarm indicators.
