The AELAB RE100-S LED Digital Rotary Evaporator is a basic chemical laboratory instrument suitable for evaporation, distillation, and separation of chemicals. The AELAB RE100-S features a durable structure with a 5L water/oil heating bath, LED digital interface, and high-efficiency vertical or diagonal condenser options ranging from 1200–1700 cm² cooling surface. The PTFE double spring sealing ring ensures robust chemical resistance and prevents leakage during long-term distillation. The manual lift system includes auxiliary lift for precise flask positioning, and the frame accommodates a wide range of glassware from 50 mL to 3000 mL.
The rotary evaporator operates by rotating the evaporating flask to generate a thin solvent film, allowing rapid vaporization under reduced pressure. The vapor condenses through a high-efficiency condenser and collects in a receiving flask. PID heating maintains bath stability, while adjustable rotation (20–200 rpm) with selectable clockwise/counterclockwise motion supports uniform drying and solvent recovery.
The RE100-S supports USB data interface for parameter export and integration with laboratory documentation systems. It is compatible with external vacuum controllers, diaphragm pumps, and recirculating chillers for complete distillation setups aligned with GLP documentation workflows.
