The AELAB VC100 features a robust housing with a 5” TFT touch screen for clear visualization of real-time pressure and control settings. All wetted components are constructed from PTFE, PP, silicone, and ceramics, providing strong resistance against organic solvents, acids, alkalis, and moisture. Its 8 mm connector interface supports easy integration with diverse vacuum lines, and the built-in vent function provides safe, controlled pressure equalization.
The VC100 regulates vacuum by continuously monitoring pressure between 1–1000 mbar and modulating pump output based on selected control modes. In programmed mode, up to five independent programs can be configured, each containing five timed steps. This enables precise pressure curves tailored to distillation stages, solvent boiling points, or evaporation kinetics. The internal sensor supports up to 1,500 mbar overload, ensuring stable operation under varying load conditions.
The VC100 connects directly to compatible vacuum pumps (≤400 W at 50 Hz or ≤500 W at 60 Hz) and integrates with rotary evaporators, solvent recovery units, and automated evaporation systems. Its interface supports external pump control, automatic venting, and synchronized operation for GLP-compliant data handling.
