




The AELAB D3024 High Speed Micro Centrifuge is engineered for high-performance separation across molecular biology, chemistry, and clinical laboratories. Its dual-cooling air design, 3-layer sealed aluminum rotors, and brushless motor technology deliver stable, accurate centrifugation with minimized rotor heating and enhanced sample biosafety.
Offering five fully autoclavable aluminum alloy rotors and multiple tube capacities up to 24 × 1.5/2.0mL, the AELAB D3024 supports DNA, RNA, protein, PCR, and microbiology sample processing with high reliability and operational safety.
The AELAB D3024 features a rugged, military-grade aluminum rotor design with three-layer sealing to prevent accidental leakage and ensure bio-safe operation. The brushless DC motor provides long service life and maintenance-free performance. Dual-airflow cooling stabilizes internal temperature and prevents rotor overheating during extended operation. The compact housing accommodates autoclavable aluminum rotors capable of withstanding 121°C steam sterilization for 20 minutes.
The centrifuge operates by applying high-speed rotational force up to 15000 rpm to separate biological or chemical components by density. The brushless DC motor accelerates to setpoints in controlled increments of 10 rpm, maintaining ±20 rpm accuracy. Integrated sensors perform over-speed detection, door-lock verification, and internal diagnostics. The digital interface enables direct switching between speed and RCF, precise run-time programming, and repeatable separation cycles for microtubes, PCR strips, and 5mL tube formats.
The system supports standard digital control with programmable speed, RCF, and timing. Internal storage retains last-run parameters for rapid repetition. Optional connections include external printers and laboratory information systems through standard data-logging accessories.

The AELAB D3024 is suitable for molecular biology workflows (DNA/RNA isolation), PCR sample preparation, protein and enzyme research, clinical diagnostics, microbiology sample processing, and routine analytical laboratory centrifugation.
The centrifuge meets IEC/EN61010-2-20 mechanical safety standards and MCA test requirements. Rotors pass bio-safety sealing tests and are validated for high-pressure steam sterilization. All units follow AELAB GLP-aligned production and QC protocols.
