The CX-9900M Mobile Metal Analyzer adopts a Paschen–Runge optical structure with a 350 mm Rowland Circle diameter. Core optical components are sourced from global suppliers to ensure long-term optical stability. The system integrates a HEPS digital spark light source and robust mechanical housing optimized for mobility and durability.
The AELAB CX-9900M Mobile Metal Analyzer analyzes metal composition through spark optical emission spectrometry. During excitation, the HEPS digital spark light source generates stable plasma, exciting elemental atoms. Emitted spectra are captured by CCD/CMOS detectors, processed by an ARM processor, and quantified within approximately 20 seconds.
The CX-9900M Mobile Metal Analyzer supports digital data processing through embedded ARM architecture. Software allows curve extension, matrix addition, and data consistency management across different testing periods without hardware modification.
