


The AELAB AE-MMS300 inverted metallurgical microscope is designed for reflected-light observation of opaque samples such as metals, alloys, minerals, and electronic components. The inverted optical configuration allows large or heavy specimens to be placed directly on the working stage, ensuring mechanical stability during metallographic examination.
The AE-MMS300 integrates long working distance infinity plan objectives, polarizing observation capability, and an ergonomic butterfly binocular head to deliver consistent optical performance for laboratory research, industrial quality control, and educational applications.

The AELAB AE-MMS300 inverted metallurgical microscope features a rigid metal frame supporting a three-layer mechanical working stage. The inclined 45° butterfly Siedentopf binocular head rotates 360° for ergonomic observation. Precision-machined focusing components and a Quadplex nosepiece ensure long-term mechanical stability during high-magnification inspection.

The AE-MMS300 inverted metallurgical microscope analyzes reflected light from opaque samples. Illumination is projected upward through the objective onto the specimen surface, and reflected light is collected by LWD infinity plan objectives. The integrated polarizer and analyzer regulate light orientation to enhance grain boundaries, inclusions, and crystalline structures.

The AELAB AE-MMS300 inverted metallurgical microscope supports HDMI digital cameras through its built-in C-mount. External display connection allows real-time observation, documentation, and training demonstrations. The low-voltage LED illumination system can be powered by standard AC supply or portable power sources.
