The AELAB DispensMate Series is engineered with high-strength, chemically inert materials including PTFE, FEP, BSG, and PP for handling aggressive laboratory reagents. The piston design ensures smooth, controlled dispensing, while the adjustable volume mechanism allows precise calibration across four dispensing ranges from 0.5 mL to 50 mL. Liquid-contacting parts are fully autoclavable at 121 °C for contamination-free operation. The series includes GL32, GL38, GL25, GL28, and GL40 adapters for universal bottle compatibility.
The AELAB DispensMate regulates reagent volume through an adjustable metering chamber, enabling accurate volumetric displacement during each piston stroke. Liquid is drawn into the chamber and dispensed through a controlled outlet tube, ensuring reproducible dosing with verified systematic and random error values compliant with ISO 8655. The closure cap design prevents reagent exposure, enhancing safety in analytical environments.
The DispensMate Series is mechanically operated and does not require electrical integration. All models support standard laboratory bottle interfaces and can be paired with filling tubes, discharge tubes, and GL45 adapters for workflow expansion.
