The AELAB DispensMate-Pro Series is designed for dispensing liquids with vapor pressure up to 500 mbar, viscosity up to 500 mm²/s, temperature up to 40 °C, and density up to 2.2 g/cm³. The system offers excellent chemical resistance and is fully autoclavable at 121 °C for safe and repeated sterilization.
The reagent recovery function minimizes waste and prevents dripping during non-operation. A reliable and reproducible volume-locking mechanism ensures stable performance, while the dispenser remains easy to disassemble and clean, requiring minimal maintenance. Six interchangeable adapters allow fitting to reagent bottles of various sizes.
The AELAB DispensMate-Pro-5 features a robust body constructed for high chemical resistance and long service life. Its adjustable aspirating tube adapts to bottles of different heights, while the closure cap screw design facilitates easy opening and prevents reagent contact. The front-mounted volume setting knob enables precise graduation control at 0.1 mL increments.
The DispensMate-Pro-5 operates through a calibrated piston-cylinder mechanism that aspirates and dispenses liquid volumes between 0.5 and 5 mL. Each stroke ensures controlled displacement of the liquid, with accuracy (A≤±) maintained at 25 μL and coefficient of variation (CV≤) at 10 μL. The recovery channel returns residual reagent to the bottle, ensuring efficient and contamination-free dispensing.
The AELAB DispensMate-Pro-5 is a fully manual precision device and does not require electronic interfaces. It integrates directly with standard laboratory reagent bottles via included adapters and supports GLP-style recordkeeping through its clear and reproducible graduation markings.
