LGJ-20F/30F/50F/100F (silicon oil heating) freeze dryer is AELAB patent machine, freezing and drying process made in situ. It changes the complex operation and prevents sample pollution and makes drying automation. These models have shelf heating and programmable functions. They can record freeze drying curves, data can be output by U-disk and user can clearly view the freeze drying process.

Standard and top-press configurations across LGJ-20F, LGJ-30F, LGJ-50F and LGJ-100F models support a wide range of freeze drying areas from 0.2m² to 1.152m².
The AELAB LGJ-20F Series silicon oil heating freeze dryer adopts a robust floor-standing structure with integrated refrigeration, vacuum and control systems. The freeze drying chamber uses shelves heated by circulating silicon oil to achieve precise and uniform temperature control directly at the product contact surface. Shelf temperature uniformity is within ≤1°C, ensuring consistent drying performance across trays.
The drying chamber door is manufactured from colorless transparent organic glass so the operator can clearly view the freeze-drying process. Square trays are easy to operate and clean, and each model provides specific shelf size and layer configuration as defined in the technical specifications. A 7 inch embedded integrated color touch screen with PLC controlling system displays drying curves and operating status clearly. Cold and well-ventilated air cooling maintains condenser performance at Rt≤25°C to support a condenser temperature of less than -75°C.
The AELAB LGJ Silicon Oil Heating Freeze Dryer executes a complete lyophilization cycle in situ on the shelf. Samples are first pre-frozen directly on the temperature-controlled shelves to solidify the product. Under high vacuum (vacuum degree <5Pa), sublimation of ice from the frozen matrix occurs while the condenser, working below -75°C, captures water vapor with a rated water capture capacity from 3Kg/24h up to 15Kg/24h depending on model.
Silicon oil circulation heats the shelves in a controlled manner, allowing the user to adjust and program shelf temperature profiles suitable for pilot and production processes. Freeze drying parameters can be changed during running, and the PLC records the final drying data and curve. An optional eutectic point test function supports determination of critical product temperature. With a charging valve, users can introduce dry inert gas at the end of the cycle to break vacuum and protect sensitive products.
The AELAB LGJ Silicon Oil Heating Freeze Dryer Series integrates an embedded PLC platform and color touch interface for direct parameter entry, recipe management and real-time curve display. Freeze drying data and curves can be exported via U-disk for archiving, reporting or subsequent analysis on external PCs and LIMS environments. Optional remote monitoring and remote operation functions allow operators to supervise and adjust LGJ-20F Series units from different locations, supporting GLP-compliant documentation and centralized control in multi-instrument laboratories.
