The AELAB AE-WJ3 Series CO₂ Incubator delivers accurate environmental control for cell culture and microbiological research. Featuring an intelligent PID microprocessor, infrared CO₂ sensor, and natural humidity regulation, the AE-WJ3 provides exceptional temperature uniformity and reliable contamination prevention for laboratories requiring consistent culture conditions.
Constructed with a high-grade polished Stainless Steel chamber and air jacket design, the incubator maintains a stable CO₂ atmosphere and excellent temperature uniformity. Its forced-convection system with dual sensors ensures uniform heating and precise humidity management for optimal cell growth.
The AE-WJ3 employs a water jacket and air jacket structure made from Stainless Steel with anti-corrosion finishing. The integrated fan provides uniform air circulation and stable temperature distribution. Infrared sensing and imported control probes enhance precision. The digital LCD interface allows direct parameter setting, with alarms for overheating, water shortage, or probe failure.
The incubator uses PID microprocessor technology to regulate CO₂ concentration between 0–20% with ±0.1% accuracy. Natural vaporization maintains chamber humidity. The air jacket sensors monitor both chamber and door temperature, while digital feedback ensures CO₂ flow stability for consistent pH control in culture media. CO₂ and air mixing ratios can be manually adjusted via the direct-reading flow meter.
Equipped with USB data port for logging and optional RS-232 interface. Compatible with AELAB software for temperature, CO₂, and event recording in GLP-compliant format. Data exportable to PC for traceable analysis and regulatory documentation.
