



The AELAB A3FG Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer is an advanced dual-mode analytical system integrating both Flame and Graphite Furnace Atomisers. It provides high accuracy and sensitivity for trace metal quantification across environmental, pharmaceutical, agricultural, and industrial applications. Controlled by the intelligent AA-Win 3.0 software, the A3FG offers full automation, method flexibility, and GLP-compliant data handling for precise elemental measurement.
The A3FG model features a precision optical system with 1800 grooves/mm diffraction grating, 250nm blaze wavelength, and computer-controlled Czerny–Turner monochromator. The chassis is fabricated from corrosion-resistant metal with ergonomic front-panel access. The instrument houses an 8-lamp turret, high-intensity Deuterium Arc lamp for background correction, and a fully automatic flame and graphite atomizer switch.
The system performs atomic absorption analysis using either the Air/Acetylene or N2O/Acetylene flame, and transversely heated graphite furnace for ultra-trace detection. The optical beam passes through the atomized sample, and the AA-Win 3.0 software calculates absorbance, transmittance, and concentration values. High-resolution wavelength selection (0.1–2.0nm) and optical feedback loops ensure exceptional measurement reproducibility and low noise stability (0.005Abs/30min).
The A3FG connects to standard PCs running Windows OS. The AA-Win 3.0 software enables real-time signal acquisition, calibration curve display, and data storage in multi-format outputs. Analytical results, method files, and calibration reports can be exported via USB or LAN for traceability and regulatory compliance.
