Fraction collector is one of the basic equipment for biochemistry experiments and biological drug production. It is used to automatically and quantitatively collect liquid droplets from the chromatography column, so as to achieve the purpose of packing different active groups into different tubes.

The Fraction Collector Model AE-BSZ-100 (LCD display) adopts ABS material with a one-piece molded structure and features a 35° bevel ergonomic control panel for easy operation. The LCD liquid crystal display mode uses a new microcomputer chip control system to support precise and repeatable collection sequences.

The AELAB BSZ-100 operates using a microcomputer-controlled collection disc, which aligns test tubes in sequence as droplets emerge from the chromatography system. Users may program collection time ranges from 1 second to 199 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds. The collector supports automatic tube switching, optional specialized tube change positioning, inverted or clockwise timing modes, and an external trigger interface for direct synchronization with constant-current pumps.
