The GC112N features a 7-inch color touch interface, digital pressure display, and full alarm protection, including gas shortage monitoring and automatic heating shutdown when the column oven door opens. The chromatograph supports external triggers, programmable temperature ramps, and multi-zone independent temperature control for injection and detection units.
The AELAB GC112N uses a rigid, thermally stable column oven with a 22L chamber and 5℃ to 400℃ temperature control range. The system integrates precise heating elements enabling 0.1–60℃/min ramp rates and nine programmable temperature sequences. Smart airflow channels and automatic cooling support rapid return from 250℃ to 50℃ within 10 minutes. All detectors and injector components feature independent temperature regulation for controlled GC operation.
The GC112N performs gas chromatographic separation by regulating carrier-gas pressure, delivering constant flow, and applying programmable oven temperature profiles. Samples introduced through split or splitless injection are transported through a packed or capillary column. The Hydrogen Flame Ionization Detector (FID) and Thermal Conductivity Detector (TCD) quantify analytes through ion conductivity and thermal conductivity variation, respectively. Digital detection circuitry ensures low noise, minimal drift, and wide linear dynamic range.
The GC112N includes RS232 communication ports, LAM network interface, and external event control ports for automation systems. It integrates a built-in workstation capable of synchronous touchscreen and PC control, supporting GLP-style data acquisition, method storage, and remote instrument operation.
