Desktop integrated design, beautiful appearance and easy operation. Oxygen nitrogen analyzer is an intelligent analytical instrument, which is composed of pulse furnace and computer, with pyroelectric sensor and thermal conductivity detector as the core. The instrument is mainly used for the analysis of oxygen content in metallurgy, machinery, commodity inspection, scientific research, chemical industry, ferrous metals, non – ferrous metals, rare earth metals, graphene, nano materials, new energy materials, copper alloys, superalloys, inorganic substances, ores, ceramics and other substances
Instrument composition
The ON-6801 combines a high-frequency electrode pulse furnace with advanced infrared and thermal conductivity detection systems. Once the sample is weighed using a high-precision balance, it’s heated in the pulse furnace. Released gases are transported by a high-purity carrier gas (He or Ar) and analyzed via a pyroelectric infrared sensor (for oxygen) and a thermal conductivity detector (for nitrogen). This setup ensures accurate separation, detection, and quantification within minutes.
