• In water quality testing, distillation is a very common and important pretreatment step . In traditional distillation equipment, the heating, distillation, condensation, and receiving parts are independent, and the operation is cumbersome. Due to the lack of distillation end point control, distillation failure is often caused, which affects the work efficiency.
• The integrated all-glass distillation apparatus adopts intelligent integrated design, and adopts technical means such as precise temperature control, intelligent end point control, automatic cooling of cooling water and reflux device, etc., to achieve the purpose of simple operation, automatic distillation, beautiful and practical, energy saving and consumption reduction.

circulation and ditilation end point judgment.

Heating module

Adopt advanced far-infrared ceramic radiation heating technology, no open flame, low power consumption, high
eficiency, long life, uniform heating, not easy to bump, corrosion resistance. The heating components can be controlled
separately without interfering with each other.
Cold water circulation module
External cooling water: external cooling circulating water machine, easy to operate and fexible to use.

Distillate anti-suckback
One-way valve anti-suckback protection: customized glass condenser, built-in glass one-way valve, when the instrument
automatically stops heating, it can avoid the suckback situation caused by the internal negative pressure caused by flask
cooling.

Dual Ditillation mode

Weighing distillation :(0-3000) g can be freely set using a high- precision weighing end-point detection module, and the
distillation will automatically stop at the end of the distillation.
Timed distillation :(0-600) minutes can be set arbitrarily, according to the setting time, the distillation will stop
