The AELAB D-500 High Shear Homogenizer supports fast and efficient processing of biological, chemical, food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical samples. Designed for routine laboratory workflows, it provides stable performance and continuous homogenization with precise control across six speed levels.
The AELAB D-500 features a high-quality rotor–stator assembly manufactured from SS 316L Stainless Steel and PTFE for chemical resistance and autoclave compatibility. Its AC carbon brush motor delivers up to 500W of power, supporting robust homogenization from 10000–30000 rpm. The ergonomic frame and enclosed drive system improve handling stability, while the simple shaft mechanism allows fast cleaning and replacement.
The instrument operates using a high-shear rotor–stator dispersion system. As the rotor accelerates to 22.7–36 m/sec linear velocity, intense shear fields rapidly disintegrate samples, producing uniform emulsions, suspensions, and dispersions. The six-stage speed control provides reproducible shear force, ensuring consistent particle size reduction across working volumes of 10–4000 mL, even for viscous samples up to 10000 mPa·s.
The AELAB D-500 supports standard power configurations (110–120V/60Hz and 220–240V/50–60Hz) for global compatibility. The homogenizer can integrate with laboratory stands, safety enclosures, and downstream analytical workflows for GLP-compliant sample preparation.
