The AELAB H100-Pro uses a precision-controlled aluminum heating block to transfer uniform heat directly to sample tubes or plates. Its digital PID temperature controller ensures stable heating with minimal fluctuation, while the magnetic block-locking mechanism enables quick, tool-free module exchange. Users can program up to six sequential steps for temperature-dependent workflows.
The AELAB H100-Pro incorporates a high-conductivity aluminum block to ensure uniform heat distribution across all sample positions. The instrument includes a magnetic block-locking system for rapid block replacement and simplified cleaning. A TFT display provides real-time visualization of heating parameters, time settings, and program steps. The integrated heating lid minimizes heat loss and enhances temperature stability during extended incubations.
The H100-Pro regulates temperature using a digital PID controller that continuously analyzes internal measurements and adjusts heating power to maintain ±0.5 °C control accuracy. Samples are heated through direct block-to-tube conduction, ensuring consistent thermal transfer. Users can set up to six sequential heating steps to support enzyme reactions, DNA/RNA incubation, clotting assays, and temperature-sensitive workflows. The TFT interface provides intuitive access to temperature setpoints, remaining time, and running program cycles.
The H100-Pro provides digital monitoring through its TFT display and is designed for GLP-compliant documentation when paired with external laboratory record-keeping systems. While no external sensor port is included on this model, it supports programmed control cycles suitable for standardized assays and QC workflows.
