The AELAB Thermo Mix Series features an advanced heating/cooling module, micro-vibration orbital mixing mechanism (HCM100-Pro and HM100-Pro), and a robust TFT interface for parameter monitoring. The system uses interchangeable precision-machined blocks constructed for optimal heat transfer. Magnetic adhesion technology enables fast, tool-free block replacement, while integrated lids support heat preservation. Built-in overheating protection (150 °C) ensures safe operation.

The system stabilizes temperature using uniformity-optimized thermal control while measuring temperature feedback in real time for ±0.5 °C accuracy. The orbital mixing platform agitates samples at 200–1500 rpm with a 3 mm orbit (HCM100-Pro, HM100-Pro). Heating and cooling elements deliver rapid thermal ramps up to 5.5 °C/min heating and model-specific cooling rates down to 0.5 °C/min below room temperature.
