The AELAB DD4-TM / TDL-420 / DL4-TM centrifuge utilizes a reinforced cabinet structure with integrated vibration damping. The patented layered bucket rotor design supports simultaneous use of 2 ml, 5 ml, and 7 ml vacuum blood tubes while preventing cap drop during high-speed operation.
The AELAB full automatic uncap centrifuge applies controlled centrifugal force to separate blood components while simultaneously executing mechanical uncapping. Microprocessor logic regulates rotational speed, time, and braking to prevent remixing and maintain separation stability.
