2.Precision Testing Empowering water and Soil Analysis: Successful Delivery of AELAB ICP Spectrometer for Mongolia
In the laboratory in Ulaanbaatar, AELAB’s technical engineering team successfully completed the integration, installation, and linkage debugging of the ICP spectrometer, automatic sampler, and microwave digestion system. With the smooth startup of the equipment, the on-site installation and core function tests were successfully completed in one go. The project then entered the crucial user training phase.
During the training, AELAB engineers, with professional translation support, conducted an in-depth and systematic equipment operation training for the Mongolian laboratory team. The training covered the entire process of operating the ICP main unit, automatic sampler, and microwave digestion system. The laboratory personnel then began practical training, preparing standard solutions and handling soil samples.
This AELAB equipment will be used for the precise analysis of over 70 elements in soil samples, providing critical data for Mongolia’s environmental monitoring and protection efforts. During the subsequent automatic sample testing, the instruments operated stably, and the output results were accurate and reliable, meeting and even exceeding the client’s expectations.
After the training, the Mongolian laboratory team was able to operate the full set of equipment proficiently, marking the successful completion of all set objectives and moving the project into the final delivery phase. We are grateful for the client’s trust in us.
