The AE-LAL Series is constructed with Stainless Steel chambers for long-term corrosion resistance and easy decontamination. Both chambers include transparent, impact-resistant glass windows for direct visual monitoring. The large LCD interface and microcomputer controller allow accurate regulation of temperature and timing functions. Each unit incorporates UV sterilization, latex gloves for sealed manual operation, and a deoxidization catalyst to sustain the anaerobic state. The double-door configuration increases plate capacity and sample handling efficiency.
The system creates an anaerobic environment by flushing chambers with a precise gas mixture—typically hydrogen and carbon dioxide—to displace oxygen. Internal sensors and a microcomputer controller automatically maintain the required anaerobic status.
