The AA-7003 Series integrates both flame and graphite furnace atomizers in a single chassis. It features a C-T Grating Mono-Chromator with an 1800 lines/mm diffraction grating, providing high spectral resolution. The optical system utilizes a unique suspension design minimizing vibration and thermal drift. An integrated lamp turret accommodates up to six lamps, with computer-controlled selection, wavelength scanning, and energy balancing. The body structure includes corrosion-resistant alloy panels and a heat-protected optical chamber for extended service life.
The AELAB AA-7003 Series operates on the principle of atomic absorption spectrometry, where sample atoms absorb light at element-specific wavelengths. The instrument supports both flame atomization and electrothermal graphite furnace atomization, enabling detection from ppm to ppb levels. Automatic wavelength positioning, slit switching, and gain optimization are completed within 40 seconds. Baseline correction and deuterium background subtraction improve analytical accuracy for low-concentration metals such as As, Pb, Se, and Sb.
The AELAB AA-7003 supports USB and RS-232 interfaces for PC connection. Data can be exported through dedicated AELAB analytical software supporting calibration curves, peak integration, and report generation. The instrument complies with GLP data traceability and supports remote diagnostics via optional network interface.
