The advanced dual-screen LCD controller displays both set and actual parameters with high clarity and responsiveness.
Constructed with a mirror-finish Stainless Steel inner chamber and a Cold Rolling Steel electrostatic exterior, the AELAB SHP Series combines durability, ease of cleaning, and long-term stability under laboratory workloads. The system employs an environmentally friendly CFC-free refrigeration cycle, ensuring energy-efficient and sustainable operation.
The incubator features a corrosion-resistant Mirror Stainless Steel inner chamber and a high-quality Rock Wool insulation layer. The vertical airflow design, combined with a precision PT100 sensor and Ferrochrome wire heater, ensures uniform temperature distribution. The integrated floodlight and transparent glass door allow easy internal observation without disrupting internal stability.
The AELAB SHP Series operates on a vertical air circulation mechanism. Temperature is regulated through a PID-controlled system that continuously monitors the PT100 probe feedback, maintaining temperature accuracy within ±0.5 °C. A digital LCD controller manages heating and refrigeration cycles for continuous, stable operation.
The system supports programmable controller options, RS-485 interface, and printer connectivity. Data logging can be integrated with laboratory management systems. Optional LCD touch screens enable real-time monitoring and graphical data visualization.
