The AELAB SPX-70BIII Series Cooling Incubator combines precise temperature control, durable construction, and intelligent digital regulation for laboratory and industrial testing. Designed for BOD analysis, microbial culture, and environmental simulation, it ensures stable performance through uniform air convection and automatic refrigeration cycles.
The SPX-BIII Series features a Mirror Stainless Steel inner chamber with adjustable shelving and rounded corners for easy cleaning. The outer shell is fabricated from Cold Rolling Steel with electrostatic spray coating for corrosion protection. Polyurethane insulation ensures energy efficiency, while a Stainless Steel heater and hermetic compressor (R134a refrigerant) maintain long-term thermal stability.
The incubator operates via a microcomputer-controlled PID system with LCD interface. The intelligent controller regulates temperature between 0–65 °C with ±0.5 °C high-temperature accuracy. Uniform airflow ensures consistent environmental conditions, while automatic defrosting and a 43 mm test hole allow flexible testing setups. BX models provide 30-stage programmable temperature profiles for time-based experiments.
The SPX-70BIII supports RS485 communication, data printing, and external PC connectivity. Optional U-Disk storage, wireless messaging alarm, and long-range control functions enable full GLP-compliant data acquisition and monitoring.
