The AELAB CX-9600 Optical Emission Spectrometer employs a Paschen-Runge optical mount with a 350 mm Rowland circle. The sealed optical chamber operates under controlled vacuum conditions between 6–15 Pa, while automatic temperature regulation ensures optical stability and long-term measurement consistency.
The CX-9600 Optical Emission Spectrometer excites metallic samples using a digital arc and spark source with a new plasma generator. Emitted characteristic wavelengths within the 130–670 nm range are detected simultaneously by high-resolution CCD/CMOS detectors, enabling rapid multi-element quantification.
The AELAB CX-9600 Optical Emission Spectrometer supports laboratory automation through modular system design. Software upgrades and analytical method additions are supported without hardware modification.
