The AELAB DCP-5 Series incorporates a robust refrigeration system using R404a cryogen, a low-noise circulation pump, and an Intelligent PID controller. The Stainless Steel internal tank provides uniform cooling while the floor-standing chassis ensures mechanical stability during continuous use. Panel-access construction supports convenient maintenance and quick filter removal.
The system draws heat from connected equipment by circulating low-temperature fluid at adjustable flow rates. A PT100 temperature sensor delivers accurate feedback to the Intelligent PID module, which modulates compressor activity and flow rate to maintain setpoint stability. The DCP-5 Series integrates easily into laboratory and industrial setups via standard external coolant connections (8 mm).
