The RC series uses a clear LCD interface for real-time and preset parameter display and enables automated testing, self-diagnosis, timing control, and alarm functions. Dissolution parameters from Chinese codex 2000 are stored for efficient retrieval during repeated test workflows.
The AELAB RC-8D incorporates eight dissolution vessels with six vessels positioned at the front and two at the rear. The system includes an electric lift and a flexible head assembly that can be smoothly adjusted. Basket and paddle components are manufactured from Stainless Steel (SUS316L), ensuring chemical stability and long-term resistance to dissolution media. A magnetism-pumped circular water-bath ensures uniform heating and temperature equalization across all vessels.
The RC-8D measures dissolution by rotating paddles or baskets within controlled-temperature dissolution vessels. An MPU-based control system regulates rotational speed, bath temperature, and test timing with high precision. The platform supports automated test initiation, programmable nine-point timing, and sequential test cycling. All real-time parameters are displayed on the LCD, enabling continuous monitoring of dissolution uniformity and compliance with test methods.
The RC-8D supports keystroke operation with full LCD visualization of parameters. Data can be viewed in alternating modes for preset and real-time values. Integration with standard laboratory documentation workflows ensures GLP-aligned reporting and test traceability.
