The AELAB ZRS-8ST features a double-functional design with an electric lifting head and automatic overturn function, enabling rapid paddle or basket exchange without manual repositioning. All paddle rods, basket rods, and rotating components are constructed from high-grade Stainless Steel to meet Chinese Pharmacopoeia requirements. The instrument supports installation of eight dissolution cups with 185 mm height and optional shading cups. A thermostatic water bath integrates temperature sensors for fast response and stable thermal regulation.

The ZRS-8ST regulates controlled rotating paddle or basket motion between 20–250 rpm with 1 rpm resolution. Dissolution vessels are immersed in a precisely controlled water bath, offering 0.1°C resolution and ≤±0.3°C accuracy. The system monitors multi-point bath temperature and automatically preserves operational parameters. Up to nine programmable sampling periods (1–999 min each) enable compliant timing sequences for dissolution profiling.
