The AELAB FH1000(P) ducted fume hood is designed for safe laboratory ventilation in air-conditioned workshops, chemical laboratories, universities, medical facilities, and industrial environments. It supports the operation of potentially dangerous, corrosive, or volatile chemicals while protecting both operators and samples.
The FH(P) Series incorporates microprocessor control, LED illumination, a memory function for power-failure recovery, and a PP structure resistant to acid, alkali, and corrosion. Its thick transparent toughened glass front window provides excellent visibility and a bright working environment.
The AELAB FH1000(P) features a durable porcelain white PP main body with 8 mm panel thickness for chemical resistance. The 5 mm toughened glass front window is height-adjustable for ergonomic operation. The integrated PP centrifugal blower ensures stable extraction, while the 12W*2 LED lighting enhances visibility. The work table uses chemical-resistant phenolic resin to support strong acid, alkali, and volatile handling workflows.
The FH1000(P) ducted fume hood removes hazardous fumes by generating a controlled 0.3–0.8 m/s air velocity across the work opening. Air is extracted through a PP centrifugal blower and directed through a 4.3-meter, φ250 mm exhaust duct for external discharge. The microprocessor system regulates airflow, while the front sash adjusts the operational aperture to maintain safe air containment.
The FH1000(P) includes waterproof sockets (2 units), internal LED lighting, motor control, and power interface. RVV power cabling is included for straightforward installation. Optional outer PP blowers and active carbon filters support customized ventilation setups.
