The AELAB Electric-Heating Freeze Dryer LGJ-FD series features a Stainless Steel drying chamber, integrated condenser, and vacuum system designed for stable thermal control. The 7-inch color touchscreen provides real-time visualization of temperature segments and drying curves. A colorless transparent organic-glass chamber door enables clear viewing of the freeze-drying process. The shelf system includes uniform heating for controlled sublimation dynamics, supported by a high-capacity condenser rated to < -56°C (optional -80°C).
The freeze-drying process stabilizes samples by freezing them and reducing chamber pressure to sub-10Pa vacuum levels. Heat is applied through the electric-heated shelves, driving sublimation from solid ice to vapor. The condenser traps the vapor, maintaining continuous drying efficiency. Temperature programs include up to 40 stored schemes with 40 segments each, permitting precise control over every drying phase.
The LGJ-FD freeze dryer line supports USB data export, enabling GLP-compliant reporting and long-term storage of drying curves. The system integrates easily with laboratory data workflows and supports remote monitoring functions when configured.
