Fraction collector is one of the basic equipment for biochemistry experiments and biological drug production. It is used to automatically and quantitatively collect liquid droplets from the chromatography column, so as to achieve the purpose of packing different active groups into different tubes.

The AELAB DBS-100 (LCD display) adopts ABS material, forming the mold once. Its 35° bevel control panel design is ergonomic and can be easily controlled without bending arduously. The instrument utilizes an LCD liquid crystal display mode using a new microcomputer chip for stable performance. The collecting plate features a digital label design, with each tube corresponding to one number to ensure correct tube identification.

The DBS-100 performs automated collection of eluents from chromatography columns by utilizing programmed timing, drop counting, or fixed-peak voltage triggers (0–100 mV). Operators may select collection intervals ranging from 1 second to 199 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds, or optional drop-based acquisition from 1–9999 drops. The integrated microcontroller regulates sequential tube switching, ensuring each fraction is deposited accurately into its corresponding tube number for consistent sample tracking.
