The AELAB DBS-160 (LCD display) adopts ABS material with a one-piece molding process and features an ergonomic 35° bevel control panel design for easy operation without bending. It uses an LCD liquid crystal display mode with microcomputer chip control to support accurate tube positioning and stable collection workflows.

The instrument automatically collects liquid droplets emerging from a chromatography column based on either timed intervals, drop counts or fixed-peak signal levels. The microcomputer chip provides stable control of tube indexing, collection timing (1 second to 199 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds) and optional drop-based acquisition (1–9999 drops). The external trigger interface can directly link with constant-current pumps for synchronized sample collection.
