The AELAB Fraction Collector SBS-100 is one of the basic instruments for biochemistry and biological drug production experiments. It is used to automatically and quantitatively collect liquid droplets from the chromatography column, achieving the purpose of packing different active groups into different tubes.

The AELAB SBS-100 adopts ABS material with a one-piece molded structure and incorporates a 35° bevel control panel for ergonomic operation. The LCD liquid crystal display mode is driven by a new microcomputer chip control system, enabling stable performance and intuitive workflow management.

The AELAB SBS-100 Fraction Collector is built on a durable ABS housing designed for long-term laboratory use. The instrument integrates an LCD large blue film display for clear visualization of timing, tube numbers, and collection parameters. A precision-designed collecting plate ensures that each tube corresponds to a unique position, ensuring correct and repeatable alignment. Optional KeeBio fluid stop valves and solvent-resistant test-tube disks enhance chemical durability for chromatography environments.

The SBS-100 regulates liquid sample collection through a microcomputer-controlled system that supports timed collection (1 second to 199 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds) and drop-based collection (1–9999 drops). The system automatically indexes tube positions without deviation and enables clockwise or inverted timing. The unit also includes a direct-control interface that synchronizes the collector with constant-current pump systems for automated chromatography workflows.
