The AELAB GC1120 Gas Chromatograph is engineered for precise chromatographic separation, offering a robust control system designed for real-time monitoring, detector signal acquisition, and PC-based operation. The instrument integrates a high-stability column oven featuring multistage programmed temperature control with up to 10 ramps when used with an external workstation.
Its advanced data acquisition platform supports complete instrument status monitoring and GLP/FDA-21 CFR Part 11 compliant electronic records. The flexible sample introduction system allows up to three sample injectors to operate simultaneously with independent temperature control, enabling high-throughput analytical workflows.
The AELAB GC1120 incorporates a precision-engineered column oven with superior thermal homogeneity, programmable heating rates from 0.1℃ to 40℃/min, and rapid cooling from 400℃ to 50℃ in 8–10 minutes. The oven supports up to three packed or capillary chromatographic columns and features automated back-door access for fast heat dissipation. Detectors—including FID, TCD, FPD, NPD, and ECD—are integrated with high-sensitivity electronics and low-noise signal conditioning. The chassis uses corrosion-resistant materials suitable for demanding analytical environments.
The GC1120 performs quantitative and qualitative separation using controlled carrier-gas flow, precision temperature programming, and specialized detectors for hydrocarbons, gases, halogenated compounds, phosphorus- and nitrogen-containing analytes. The microcomputer control system regulates injector temperature, evaporation chamber stability, column oven gradients, and detector operation. Real-time acquisition captures peak profiles, retention times, detector drift, and noise parameters—with all data processed through M6 chromatography software.
The GC1120 integrates with PC-based M6 software via standard communication interfaces, supporting remote control, method development, chromatogram review, data reporting, and electronic signature validation. External signals include two independent analog outputs for additional monitoring or system integration in automated testing setups.
