The HiPette uses a precision piston-based air-displacement mechanism to aspirate and dispense accurate micro-volumes. When the plunger is pressed and released, the internal piston moves to create controlled suction, drawing liquid into the metal tip. This stable mechanism minimizes bubble formation and ensures uniform loading into electrophoresis wells.
